School to School Support

East London Early Years and Schools Partnership are committed to improving outcomes for all children across the alliance and beyond. To this end, we have a wide range of expertise which can support and challenge schools. High quality leaders in education can be requested and deployed to schools in order to work in partnership to bring change to children’s outcomes in a number of areas.

Early Years

Early Years Support

We offer an unrivalled range of Early Years support through our National and Specialist Leaders in Education. Download our brochure [PDF] to find out more about how we can work with you to develop the quality of your early years provision and improve the outcomes for children. We offer a values-driven approach: everything is consistent with the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Governance

East London Early Years and Schools Partnership (ELEYSP) has also been designated as an National Leaders of Governance Hub. This means that we support the deployment of National Leaders of Governance (NLGs) across the East of England and North East London, by liaising with other Teaching School alliances and local authorities.

NLGs can offer a range of support to develop leadership and governance and often work in partnership with an NLE.

Support options can include:

  • coaching and mentoring of a chair an local governing body
  • support for a new chair
  • transition to academy status
  • supporting a governing body through a challenging period
  • providing an in-depth External Review of Governance
